You’ve obviously put a lot of thought into this and I understand your questioning, here are my thoughts on the subject:

As a surrogate you are living proof of LOVE. Love of life, love of others and love of God.

As a surrogate the main question is “why are you doing this ?”. It would be too easy to be able to simply say “it’s wrong” or “it’s right”, but life isn’t that simple is it ?… I think the main thing that God would look into is the surrogates’ motivations.

I believe that if a surrogate is motivated by money and not by the love of life or of others, then God would condemn the act.

But as it is in your case the answer is simple and clear, it is out of love. The motivation is to help a couple that suffers from the lack of children, you’re goal is to stop that suffering by giving life to a child. How can God reprimand those motivations ?

GOD IS LOVE, and I’m sure your own special way of giving back to life the gift that you have been blessed with is the best way to show him your appreciation and love of The Lord.
